By using BlackMan Fintech software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Beta Version
The PDF to Tally XML conversion feature is currently in beta. A separate fee may apply after final launch. Features may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
3. Privacy
We collect minimal data to improve our services. Your financial data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. Data Security
All uploaded documents are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and permanently deleted after conversion.
5. Accuracy
We strive for maximum accuracy in all conversions. However, we recommend reviewing converted data before importing into Tally. We are not liable for errors arising from inaccurate or damaged source documents.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. BlackMan Fintech reserves the right to modify or suspend services at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and branding are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
BlackMan Fintech is not liable for any direct or indirect damages including data loss, business interruption, or financial loss arising from the use of our software.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
